Free 30-minute call to discuss your project!  We will discuss your design needs, answer any questions you may have, discuss schedule, and determine if your project is a good fit!  

If your project is a good fit, we will then schedule a follow-up call to virtually tour your space and discuss the specifics of your project. A non-refundable deposit is required at this time. This deposit serves as a credit toward design services.

Every project is custom and therefore every quote for services is different.  I work on an hourly basis so that you only pay for the services you want.  You tell me what you need and I am here to support you.  Whether you don't know where to start or you just want to talk it through - I'm in your corner.

Based on our conversations, I will create a custom quote for services outlining the different deliverables I will provide for your project.  This usually includes measuring the space, creating as-built drawings, inspiration mood boards, proposed floorplans, elevations showing the design, lighting, and finish selection.

Every project takes on a life of it's own, but typically the first step is to gather measurements and create an "as-built" of your existing space.  This serves as the base of all future designs.

Next we work together to give life to your vision through design inspiration images, mood boards, exploring different floorplan options, and product suggestions.

Once a general design direction is selected, we will then work together to refine that design and add detail.  Often this includes selecting more finishes, selecting accessories and lighting, adding details to floor plans, and creating detailed elevations.

When we finish our work together you will have final deliverables that you can then take directly to a contractor or other subcontractor to complete the work.

Final deliverables usually include:

-Architectural Drawings

-Final Mood Boards

-Product Specification Sheet

Executing our design sometimes involves questions from contractors, explaining design intent, etc.  All of which can be overwhelming to homeowners.

During this process I am available as a buffer to field various questions and address any issues that come up.

Time to show off! At the end of every project I will take photos or arrange for someone else to take photos.  All photos are shared with you when complete.
